At Game Crave Tournament Store, we want you to look your best both on and off the stage. If your tournament gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, ensuring the apparel is free of stains, odors, or signs of wear from competition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
